Ott-Lite plug-in ballast transformer case

The Ott-lite pictured uses a fluorescent ballast that is built into a "wall-wart" type case. Mine cracked apart, making the entire light unusable. This model is a replica of the original, and the internal transformer fits very nicely. Since it's not meant to be opened, I super-glued the cap on, as per the original. The plug blades are a very tight fit, and you may need to heat yours to melt your way through. Once in place, a dap of epoxy on the inside holds them nicely.
