1/4-20 barrel nut

I needed a few barrel nuts to fix some chairs. They are $1.50 each at Home Depot, and I don't need 30 from Amazon.

Simple 9.5mm barrel, with a ¼-20 hole, un-threaded, and a slot to align the holes.

It has now been 7 weeks and they are holding up fine, I think they will hold up long term. UPDATE: after 9 months 1 broke, I think they are good enough for me.
