16oz Stanley Insulated Cup Lid

I lost my lid for my favorite drinking cup years ago, I made a replacement. There are 4 versions:
 

1. Lid without a drinking hole or thumb grip
2. Lid without a drinking hole with a thumb grip
3. Lid with drinking hole and no thumb grip
4. Lid with drinking hole and thumb grip

Pick whichever one fits your needs best.
