3Dmaps Spool Winder

Main positive points from this design:

• Fix fillament spools
• help to weld filament
• soon there will be also a spoon holder using parts of this winder for my Direct Drive Extruder

BOM:

• 2 rod's M8x1000
• +/- 12 nuts M8
• 5 standart rollers with inner diameter 8mm, exterior 22
• 1 roller with diameter 5mm

Printing quantities:

• SpoolNuts 2x
• SpoolEnd 3x
• the others one of each

History:

My frist contribution.

I needed some type of machine to rewind some spools that the fillament was overlapoing.

Saw some ideas her in Thingiverse and decided to make one more easier to mount hte spool, and using less material.

When you use it you need to fix it to the table.

If the SpoolEnds dont screw well in the rod's, try heating them up a litle with a air gun.

Observations:

• Use one of the rod to join the two bases for the spools, split it at half.
• The other one is just to split it in several axis for the spool holder and gears.
• The handle it's not fixed, mount it in the roller dia. 5 in the the big gear.
• The roller with dia.8mm are for the axis.
