Dish cloth holder

A better place for us to put the dish cloth (wettex) in our kitchen.
We argue where it goes best but no place was good (risk of falling vs. never drying vs inaccessible). With this simple fixture it now has a place and dries in the air.
Built for my tap (d=23mm).
Improvements are surely very possible.
