Round Lock Pickhandle - Simple & Parametric

Before you make your round lock pick, consider its rectangular sister model. You might perfer that one, you might prefer this one. Up to you.

This round lock pick generator can make an infinite number of different lock pick shapes. Triangle? Sure! Square? Why not! Rounded? You bet! Its up to you!

This is for home made picks and for purchased sets like the South Ord PHX-17 which features a interchangeable handle and many picks you screw into the handle.

With this file you'll be able to print handles for virtually any pick that needs one.

You're gonna need a pair of calipers to measure your pick(s). If you're going for a press fit don't forget about the various limiting factors; filament accuracy/warp, printer accuracy. I print mine vertically to avoid the subtle sag of bridging. You might want to fudge the number and use a little glue. Again, this is up to you.
