Bike bell strap adapter fix

Info:

• simple round strap that can be placed around a bike bell with damaged strap for tightening it properly
• this bell is from Decathlon i think
• given model inner diameter is 2.35 cm

Mount:

• use 1 plastic tightetning strap - for attaching one side to the bell
• use screw from original bell, to attach it to the handlebar

• supports for the middle window section - see 3mf (if you will print given STL)
