Description
A simple mount for a panel mount temperature controller. This mount allows you to mount the controller on the backplate off a cabinate. I did this, to ensure nobody coult temper with the device, when the door of the cabinet, which it is installed in is locked. Also no moisture can seep in the enclosure at the cutout for the controller, when it is installed outside.
The purpose of the project where this temprature controller is used, is to heat an sawed in half IBC tank in the winter time, so our horses can drink from it.
THe mount was printed on my Sidewinder X1 in PETG with 100% infill. I used a brim to keep the part from warping and a little support under the arches for the cable routing.
The holes in the sides can be used to clamp the controlle inside of the mount. This is not strictly neassesary, but insures, that the controller stays in place.
