Lamp Lower Clamp Piece

I had a very nice desktop lamp I had been given a few years ago and forgot all about it since I couldn't use it because the base clamp was missing. My mother needed extra light for a project and that's when it dawned on me so I went ahead and created the part and it works perfectly.
