SURFR app Waterproof phonecase - working touchscreen UPDATED

I was tired of the simple/cheap waterproof pouches getting cracks so I designed a waterproof rigid case with some leftover PEI sheet. You can still control your phone with the touchscreen. 
Print the seal with a PAUSE and lay in the PEI sheet (or other transparant 0.8mm thick sheet)

Seal is designed with 1mm interference which provides a very good seal. Tested first with gardenhose and directly spray on the gaps and screen, than had over 15 sessions without issues (except for some hard crashes :p )

Phones: Fits phones with max dim ±10x76x159 BUT 3MF files can be modified to fit bigger phones. (currently fits the MOTO G7 & Samsung A32G4)

2nd case also fits moto G7 play (max phone size: 77x166x9.5mm)

Support: Only need a bit of support on the handle and the clamps if your printer can handle small overhangs with ASA. Otherwise also  paint some supports on the edge of the casebody.

Infill: I printed all 100% infill to ensure waterproof printing except for the handle to save some weight.

Used filaments: Printed solid parts in ASA, seal in recreus filaflex 70A (very soft TPU) and handle in extrudr semisoft (90A, semi hard TPU) => Do not print in hard material as the washer will not be able to turn when entered through the slot.

Resize the clamps in height to get correct clamping depending on your printer precision. (I added 1mm which was a good balance between locking/unlocking force)

SCREEN: 0.8mm thick PEI sheet (or similar, minimum 0.5mm thick) 171±0.5 x 90±0.5mm

the Safety.stl is just an additional band you can print if you are not feeling safe the clamps will stay in locked position. I printed in hard rubber and use it to avoid unlocking the clamps close to the handle. Scale size to your need.

I added a small strip of dual adhesive to the board on the part farthest away from the handle to avoid ratteling, not sure if it's needed…
