Description
This AnyCubic Linear Plus mod is in response to the very poor operational properties of the supplied linear glide rails that they provide. I have replaced the vertical member with true V-Rail from Openbuilds.com, and used the wheels and eccentrics from the same source. The carriage (shown in white) is a custom design, and is dimensionally equivalent to the linear glide in all ways that matter. The performance has been stellar.
Also included is a remix of a corner cover that keeps glue, plastic and any other trash off the motors and the internals of the printer.
Solidworks models are available for both custom parts.
Use 80% fill for the carriage, anything you like for the cover plates.
I posted a youtube video of this in action: https://youtu.be/0sDQ4nSkMV8
