Description
This lid replaces the plastic lid on a 64 or 32 oz airscape cannister. You should remove the silicone seals from the old cannister and transfer them to the printed object. I printed this with a 0.6 mm nozzle, but the model was designed for 0.4 mm nozzle. After printing you might need to drill out the vent holes with a 3/32 drill bit in order to get the little plastic "fingers" that go into the middle to easily fit (the “fingers” should be transferred from the old lid, from under the center gasket).
You will need to use supports. I highly recommend the tree/organic supports in Prusa Slicer 2.6 (or Cura). Print in PETG or PLA as you see fit, 0.2mm layer height should be fine. 15% support infill (I used the new lightning infill). I suggest modifying the center spike to have 3 or more perimeters.
