Professional Ender 3 v2 Extruder Motor Knob with Lever

A quick remix of the original to add a hole for a M3 screw that can be used as a lever.

This way it's easier to load a new filament.

I have printed mine with 0.4 nozzle, Creality PLA, 0.28 layer, 25% infill, 150 mm/s via Mainsail/Klipper, so it should be ok with almost any settings.
