Dog Tag with Customizable Reverse Side

Here are instructions for customizing the text for  your pet's info. Instructions are for Tinkercad, but you could use your preferred editing software.

1. Import Badge Dog Tag Blank Reverse.stl into Tinkercad
2. Rotate 180° on the Y axis so the blank side is facing up.

3. Select TEXT from the Basic Shapes, and…

4. …drag onto the workplane.

5. From the text dropdown menu, select font, enter your text, and set height to 1.5.

6. Repeat Steps 3, 4, and 5 for each line of text.

7. From the text dropdown menu change the text from a solid to a hole by selecting the gray hashed circle.

8. Raise the text 4.08mm from the workplane.

9. While maintaining the 1.5mm text height, resize each line of text to fit on the badge.

10. Position the text on the badge.

11. Select the badge and all lines of text, and join the shapes.

12. With the badge selected, select Export from the top right menu.

13. On the pop-up click selected shape and .STL.

14. Rename and save the file to your preferred destination.
