Silicone Sock Mold Nextruder - Prusa MK4 / XL

I developed a mould for silcone sock of nextruder. So far I estimeted the dimensions based on the pictures.  The mould is already working.

V9 update:

- nozzle lenght decreased

- open version added (for these version both mould halfs are changed

V6 update:

- center nozzle position adjusted

- additional slots for removal from print bed (SLA printing optimized)

- position pins moved (SLA printing optimized)

- diameter position pins decreased

- diameter venting chanel increased

- volume information added

V3 update:

→ dimensions derived from V6 adapter assembly instruction

→ improved demould slots
