Airbus A320 Lighting Knob - V2

Dimensionally accurate three-part design that can be printed and used without any painting or post processing. Designed to be backlit for illuminated marker line

Main switch body printed in matte grey PLA, though can be printed in any colour and painted

Light Pipe printed in white PLA (or PETG) or transparent PETG if backlit marker line is required. Light coating of white primer will make transparent marker line white with backlight off. 

Black line surrounds printed in matte black PLA. 

Hole diameter is 6.2mm for 6mm potentiometer shaft. Threaded hole is for M3 5mm grub screw to secure shaft 

V2 - Subtle improvements to optimize for 0.2mm nozzle and adjust fit of marker line.

Optimized for printing with a 0.2mm nozzle, (0.06mm layer height) but perfectly functional if printed with 0.4mm nozzle (0.15mm layer height). Body, Light Pipe and lines 100% infill. Marker lines print smoothest with 10 or more perimeters. 

Both STL and STEP files included.

Can be used in combination with Potentiometer Mount to hold LEDs for backlighting.
