Matter3D Cardboard Spool Ring for Bambu Lab AMS

This model adjusts a few parameters specifically for Matter3D cardboard spools (non-corrugated). The main differences are

• Inclusion of four reinforcement areas that correspond to where the cardboard spools are often warped
• Sized for Matter3D spools
• Larger chamfered edge on the inside so it fits better in the AMS, attaches better (no glue) and better “pulls in” bent cardboard edges.

For this print I chose to over extrude to 0.8mm width with a reasonably high temperature (240) with Matter3D Performance PLA in order to increase layer adhesion.
