Nasa Super Touring and Time Trials Tire Templates for Section Width Rules
226mm, 257mm, 266mm, 282mm, 300mm, and 315mm
If your 3d printer has a large enough build volume, you can print these. The 226mm is smallest and fits on a basic Ender 3.
The DXF files are available also, so that you can get them cut out of whatever material you want, using laser or waterjet cutting.
