Modulcaster - Les Paul - a modular 3D-printed guitar with swappable styles

Create your own customized electric guitar effortlessly with this modular design. Inspired by the original Prusacaster and using the Harley Benton Electric Guitar Kit T-Style from Thomann too, you can easily swap parts to change the appearance of your instrument.

More Compatible Designs

Do you already have your own Modulcaster? You can radically change its appearance in less than 5 minutes! In a super simple way! Just print the Top and Bottom parts of any of the other designs and swap them by loosening the M5 screws.

Hardware

In addition to the Harley Benton Kit, you will need:

• 10 x M5x12mm hexagonal round head screws
• 10 x M5 square nuts
• 2 x M4x8mm flat head countersunk screws
• 2 x M4 square nuts

Printing

Specific printing instructions for each part are included in their own description.

Assembly

The design uses M5 screws in all parts intended to be interchangeable for customization.

For the remaining parts, you can use a strong adhesive such as a two-component epoxy adhesive, contact adhesive, or choose not to use any adhesive at all.

For the rest of the assembly process, it is recommended to review the original instructions for the Prusacaster and Harley Benton Kit.
