Description

My MacBook Pro (15" if it matters) was taking up too much space on my desk. I use it docked and wanted to keep it handy, but out of the way. The most efficient way I could store it was to mount it to the edge of my Ikea desk. Print 2 and space them how you see fit. Just a couple smaller, countersunk screws are used to mount each piece. I used 2 and printed them with 3 perimeters and like 30% or 40% infill. I figure I can "waste" some plastic to ensure my mount doesn't break. Print it on its side to get the best strength for the printed part.

The mount insn't too deep so the edge of the laptop sticks up over the edge of the desk. I find it helpful because it makes it easy to access the USB-C/Thunderbolt ports.

Give me a heart if you like it and don't forget to post your makes!
