FLSUN v400 magnetic low profile Top cover w/ light

Flsun v400 top grill cover to prevent heat to the printer motherboard

features:

• low profile
• attached with magnets
• no need to disassemble the printer head cables to assemble the cover
• acoustic insulation
• much LESS material from other designs

required parts:

• Neodymium magnets rectangular 10x5x3mm for the wings (3x4) & center 5 -> total of 17 units
• Neodymium magnets round 4x1.5mm for center total of 2 units
• (optional) light WS2812B Ring Pixel Ring 60 LEDs

how to print it:

i used eSUN PLA+ and it worked wonderful (black & white)

because its a big surface it got warped a bit on the outer walls, and the hotend got clashed in the printed part ,the z height changes and it totally messed the printed part.

so a few tweaks that i did made it print perfect

center cover & wings:

• wall line count - 4
• top layers - 0
• bottom layers - 4
• infill - triangles
• infill density - 40%

this will create infill on the top part surface the will save material and improve acoustics insulation

inserting the magnets:

• you need to stop at the layer before the printer closes the magnet boxes (based on 0.2 height its supposed to be layer 22)
• place the magnets
• resume printing

light cover:

• wall line count - 4
• top layers - 0
• bottom layers - 4
• infill - lightning
• infill density - 50%

this makes it nicer to the eye
