One of the brackets of our new sunblinds broke during installation. So I needed to replace it…
Fits on a 25 mm tube and for those not-too-expensive sunblinds you can buy under various names online. Designed for printing. Dimensions can be altered in FreeCAD, maybe some fillets or chamfers may need to be re–modeled.
PETG, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.25 mm layer height, 3 perimeters, random seams, 20 to 40 % cubic infill w/ infill modifiers, some organic support
P. S.: Yes, I could've printed this in black PETG. But people shall see that it's DIY. 😁
