Airsoft MP5 Flashlight Handguard for SureFire weaponlights

Update: An alternative version available now! The flashlight slot is moved more forwards. This leaves more space on the handguard for your hand, making it more comfortable to hold. The mounting screw is moved outside of the handguard, so the design is less sleek, but it is short enough not to interfere with a suppressor. In photos you'll find a mockup with a 40mm diameter suppressor.

This is a handguard for airsoft MP5 replicas that encorporate modern SureFire M300 and M600 style flashlights with a pressure switch in the style of the original light bearing handguards.

Pictured here is a CYMA CM.041 MP5 AEG replica with Night Evolution M600 replica, but I believe it will fit other brands of airsoft MP5s and SureFire replicas as well.

There is enough space for a reasonable battery for your AEG left inside, almost the same as with the original handguard.

Secure the light with an M4x10mm screw. Slide the pressure pad into the socket.

The 3MF file includes the correct print orientation and pre-painted supports. I printed it with Polymaker PolyTerra PLA at 0.20mm layer height with 4 perimeters.
