Double-Sided Spinner Bait Tackle Box, 100% printed

The Double-Sided Spinner Bait Tackle Box has two compartments with lids to store 15 lures with a max length of 95mm. The compartments are designed to securely hold and protect each individual Spinner Bait from damage or tangling. The box is also made to withstand the rigors of fishing trips and outdoor use.

Parts

For assembly you will need:

Printed parts
About 500mm of 1.75mm filament for the hinge pins
Wire Cutters to cut the filament to length
Pliers to push the hinge pins in place if necessary
A heat source, i.e. candle, lighter, matches…

Assembly

Using Wire Cutters, cut 3x 25mm and 2x 200mm filament strips.

Assemble the model as seen on the photos.

Step1: Push the Solid1 over Solid4 and center it. Apply even pressure from all the corners. It's not necessary to glue the two parts together since it's a tight fit and the layer lines will keep everything in place, but if needed, you can always glue them together later.
Step2: Then attach Solid2 and Solid3 to the Solid 1 with the 200mm hinge pins. Make sure the pins poke out on both sides a little bit (to help push it in more easily, use pliers). 
Step3: Finally attach Solid5's to Solid2 and Solid3 with the 25mm pins (to help push it in more easily, use pliers)
Step4: Trim the hinge pins almost flush to the case, leaving about 1-2mm still protruding. Then using a heat source like a candle or a lighter, heat the hinge pin tips, until it starts going soft and push it flush with plier tips, creating a rivet like finish to the ends, securing the hinge pins permanently to place.
