Description
I bought this container from Aliexpress (and couldn't find any designs that fit it so I decided to make my own. Bigtreetech has a similar one one that seems to use the same container.
The maximum spool size I've managed to fit is 20x6.3cm, anything larger will rub on the sides.
Below I'll try and keep a list, and update with brands I've found fit:
What you'll need:
You' will have to cut two 8cm pieces out of the threaded rod to serve as axles through the bearing and 4 pieces of heatshring to go on the ends to provide better grip and prevent the threads from wearing the spools over time.
You can use any filament outletyou like, I've used this one and modified it so it's comes out straight and removed the threaded inserts.
