Description
This is an enclosure I made for my Prusa Mini+. It's a 50x50x50 cube. Top part is not fixed to the base, so you can remove it when you need an easy access to the printer. Frontal door is fully keep in place by magnets, embedded in profiles.
Cube faces are made using 3x 1000mmx500mmx5mm acrylic sheets. Each sheet has been cut in 2x 500mmx500mm half sheet. You'll have to drill 16x holes in each sheet (excluded bottom) to fix corners and borders using screws and bolts. You'll need also to cut a hole in a single face, to let exit cables from enclosure.
Borders and corners are released in PETG (1,2kg, around 400m).
You'll need 5x16=80 M3x12mm screws and M3 bolts. I used hex headed black ones (DIN912 Grade12.9 Alloy Steel M3*12 and DIN934 Black Carbon Steel M3), to better fit with black PETG.
You'll need 26 neodymium magnets (8mmx3mm), and some glue (on top of magnets, so PETG can stick during print).
You can optionally add a temperature/humidity sensor to the door or to the roof. I used following one:

Inside cube there is enaugh space for printer, 1x marsgizmo box and AlveoONE-R filtering system:
You can optionally add a LED strip all along the internal side of the roof. I used natural white 24V LEDs, to use same power supply for both LEDS and filtering system.
