This is a Glow In The Dark Dog Tag So you can see your furry friend in the dark. To add text to it download PrusaSlicer 2.6-alpha6 https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/releases/tag/version_2.6.0-alpha6 

Then you can use the new add text feature. You can also add text though 3d Builder. Make sure that the text height doesn't go below 0.125 inches, or the text won't print correctly. Finally, when you are in your slicer put a pause right before the last layer before the text, and one on the first layer of text. Then when you print it use glow in the dark filament for first section, regular filament in the second section, and glow in the dark filament for the last section. This is so the text pops out in the dark, and to make it look like the text is Floating.
