Prusa i3 Mk2 Anti Vibration Foot and Adapter

This model I remixed a while back and has served me for about 5 years and countless hours of printing, the hold-down file I adapted to mate to the anti-vibration foot file. The anti-vibration foot uses ninja flex to absorb the vibrations and it actually quiets the printer down a little. 

I believe I printed this at a 0.15-0.2mm layer height in PLA I used green Ninja Flex for the rubber portion. Please visit the original file location for the anti-vibration foot as they have a video on it for reference.
