Bird buddy wall mount

I changed my mind!

First I chose to put my Bird buddy smart feeder on a pole (and I designed an anchor to make it stand in my garden; it works very well, you can try it).

But I found a place where I could use a kind of wall mount that suits me better.

I felt I could design my own version of a wall mount instead of purchasing the official one.

So here it is:

It's only two parts that can be printed without support. You will need one short M3*8 bolt and a corresponding M3 nut to assemble the chimney to the L-shaped arm. The nut sits in a hexagon-shaped slot that will keep it in place (you don't have to worry about it slipping while screwing).

The chimney part is designed so that you just have to drop the Bird buddy smart feeder with its universal pole mount attachment in the hole. It sits and stands firmly by its own weight. You can remove the feeder when needed by just lifting. Or you can leave it in place and just rotate the bird house to refill the seeds tank (I designed the stand so the bird house's roof clears the wall without touching it).
