Raised counterpart for Vacuum Bag Valve

When putting a filament spool inside the vacuum bag, it is often difficult to press the vacuum pump against the valve if the spool is large/or wide. It is easier if there is a higher counterpart, and this model provides this. 

It was tested with very wide spools (75 mm) and also with narrow spools. Check your spool, if it is narrower than that you may be able to scale it down in z-axis or cut it down in your slicer, as it could be unnecessary big otherwise (but would work still).
