Drill Holder

I got tired of chasing around and looking for my countersink drills when working on projects. This little organizer keeps all of these bits neatly organized in my toolbox by drill size. This allows you to always find the bit you are looking for without digging through your toolbox draw to locate them.
 

Here are the settings that I used:

• .2mm layer height
• .4 nozzle
• 25% infill 
• 3 layers top and bottom
• 3 perimeters

I used PLA, but there is no reason why whatever filament you happen to be using wouldn't work. Set your slicer to pause at layer 100 and swap filament color to print the labels so they will be more visible.

Note: There are two locator pins near the top of this design. These are placed there for future trays to interlock in my toolbox to keep them from sliding around.
