Description
The shower head holder in my student appartment has always been broken.
And because people where whining about it, i'm introducing them to the world
of 3D printing with this replacement part made in Autocad.
Printer:
K8200
Rafts:
Doesn't Matter
Supports:
Yes
Resolution:
0.3 mm layer hight
Infill:
40%
Notes:
I printed it normal, and flipped.
The flipped one turned out the best, the support material was alot easier to remove,
and turned out alot better. I just used a flat head screwdriver to remove all support.
I occasionally use some fine pliers, but the flathead is alot better to wedge in between
the support and the part.
I took the broken part with me, and used a calliper to get measurements.
1.0 - 1.2: Unpublished prototypes
1.3: Forgot callipers at home, designed loosely -Deleted
1.4 : used more precise measurements
1.5 : Made M5 hole stronger
