Flsun v400 top vent

top vent for the motherboard with inscription “EVERYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE IS REAL” by Pablo picasso

as part of enclosure setup for the Flsun v400.

all can be printed in one go, but preferably print the 3 anchor separately from the grills

print setup :

all was printed with black eSUN PLA+

anchors:

• support (for the anchor with the cable & micro-usb hole + the 1mm step)
  • density - 15% 
  • pattern - zigzag
  • support brim line count - 4
• standard parameters for the PLA+

grills:

• no support
• printed with letters facing down to get the PEI texture & clean text
• before the installation - you may need to sand of the rounded corners to make them all fit together (the tower distances are not super accurate, there is a play of +/- 1mm)

!!!IMPORTANT!!! : print the first layer VERY SLOW ( +/- 25mm/s) to get the shape & letters clean and crisp, after first layer i printed at 300mm/s

• longer 3mm screws to replace the original ones 6 x 20mm
