Super Lightweight (but Durable!) Frame for Eachine E010 TinyWhoop

I wanted to design a frame for the Eachine E010 style drones that is very light but can withstand crashes. So here it is in 6mm and 7mm motor variations.

I play a lot with my E010 built into this frame and I crash a lot but the frame hasn't been broken yet so I think it turned out to be good enough.

For a very light build it is enough to print the upper section but if you want extra stiffness of the frame, print also the bottom part too that holds the motor bottoms parallel.

I only have 6mm motors, and my model holds them well but I also crated a version for 7mm motors and if someone would be kind enough please send me feedback if it fits well.

There is only 2 screw hole in the top to mount the board with the original screws. I used the two side holes to thread a rubber band through them to hold the battery. I also wound up the motor wires on the arms so they won't catch the propellers.

Next step would be to design a slightly bigger version of this frame for 2" propellers.

Printing and assembly

Nothing special here. The parts should be printed from PETG or ABS. PLA would be too brittle. Use 3 perimeters and 100% infill.
