30 Pin Screwless Terminal Breakout Board

30 Pin Screwless Terminal Breakout Board with DIN rail.

The clip is very secure on the DIN rail and your free to alter to suit your needs.

Gerber files for the non-pluggable and pluggable versions of the breakout board.  

I have used front facing screwless terminals on one side and top facing screwless terminals on the other. I did this for convenience for my use case.

Uses screwless terminals on either side with a pair of screwed terminals for higher amps i.e. the 24v extruder or 24v bed heater if required.  I would not recommend using these over 24v. 

I am currently using the non pluggable version on my Voron2v2.4 for all the 24v supplies. The screwed terminals I have used to power the Huvud MCU board on the toolhead.

The the PCB board is 90x35mm which I consider reasonably small. 

2x M2.5 self tapping SHCS to mount to the DIN clip.

Works for me.
