SV06 PLUS Vortex V2 Adjustable Cooling & LED System

Here's the SV06 PLUS Vortex V2 system with adjustable height for use with either the Sovol stock nozzles or regular Volcano nozzles. 

Also this attachment method allows you to have ZERO homing issues or max/min X axis collision issues! It allows 100% normal operation.

Print as per the photos & add supports as shown to ensure an accurate print & good fitment. The tolerances in places are 0.1-0.2mm - make sure your printer is setup well!

You'll need:

1x 5015 radial fan

3x 30mm M3 bolts

3x M3 nuts

UHU POR (or equivalent) modelling/crafting glue, it's a rubberised contact adhesive. 

Do NOT use super glue! Do not use anything labeled plastic cement either!

YOU CAN ALSO USE….

hotglue, thin 3M foam tape or double sided tape, carpet tape, or check out the remixes tab for some bolt on mounts  

UHU POR is a modelling/crafting glue designed for expanded polystyrene (EPO), I added a photo of the glue I recommend, including how easy it is to remove & clean, last images.

Print in PETG or better at 0.2mm layer height.

Make sure the tabs fit cleanly into the rear of your blue plastic bearing carrier. Then dab some glue onto the flat smooth surface of the mount & fix to the printer. 

The tabs in the mount are a pressure fit & should hold the unit in the correct place while the non permanent craft glue keeps it there! This glue is NONPERMANENT & is easily removable with minimal force, but its more than strong enough for what we need here & will NOT damage the printer in any way.

After the glue has cured attach the ducts to the mount & adjust to suit & test.

Use the original bolts for the old parts cooling mount for the LED mounting bar.
