Description
I was restoring a honda amigo from 1972 and the headlight was completely broken, so, 3D printing to the rescue, I modeled this headlight casing.
It works really well, the speedometer, light switch, lens and all other gear fits perfectly and it mounts without trouble on the moped. It is not a 100% accurate recreation of the original, but really close.
I printed it in PLA, 3 walls, 15% infill, with the lens opening on the build plate. I used tree supports to be able to remove them, normal supports will fill the entire body of the part and be reaaly difficult to remove/
