Note: Do not use for climbing

The model has been projected with catia V5

Assembly:

A little force must be exerted to mount the pin “passador”. It’s printed with a slight interference so that it sticks to the door “tanca”. It rotates freely on the “cos” piece.

The piece “tanca” and “blocador_rosca” must be assembled before placing the pin.

Combine colors and personalize with your name ....

UPDATE - 1

1 - I modified the "blocador_rosca" part. Now it is a little longer to completely cover the thread of the "tanca" piece.

New file: blocador_rosca_NEW.3mf

2 - I have also added the files to print this custom carabiner with the word “Montserrat” and the color changes (manual) of the "blocador rosca" piece.

Files: cos_montserrat_NEW.3mf and  blocador_rosca_NEW_CAT.3mf

I added the file "cos_stp.stp" so you can customize the carabiner with your name.
