This is a syringe holder clamps onto an IV pole. It's designed for 20mm diameter IV poles and holds two 10mm diameter syringes.
The clamp requires a M3x30 socket head screw and a DIN 562 square thin nut (M3 5.4mm x 1.8mm).
Update 2024-09-10: I've added a few variations.
Printing instructions
- The orientation of the .stl file has the nut inserting from the top, screw clamp at the front, and syringes to the left.
- You can flip the model horizontally or vertically to suit your preference.
Assembly instructions - Nut insertion
- Gently insert the nut into the rectangular opening on the larger body side of the tube clamp.
- You can use a M3 screw to push it all the way in (it's going to stop halfway).
- You can push it out by inserting an M3 screw from the other end.
- Optionally, you can add a dab of glue after the nut is inserted (from the insertion end) to secure it in place permanently.
Assembly instructions - Clamping
- Place the clamp around the IV pole.
- Insert the M3 screw from the side.
- Tighten the clamp until it doesn't move.
- Optionally, use some Transpore tape (adhesive side on the printed object) along the inside where the pole will go, to add some grip.
Notes
- If you'd like any changes (e.g., syringe diameter, etc.), please message me and I'll see what I can do.
