The slit running up the side of the lamp shade is to give the seam someplace to align to where it will be harder to notice once its printed. Set seam alignment to “sharpest corner” and the seam should be on the slit, and set the flow rate (or extrusion multiplier) to a value higher then you normally do so the extra thickness closes the slit.
