Fuzzy Cat Scratcher

Resized the scratch part and made it a modifier in PrusaSlicer to enable the fuzzy skin mode on the outside.

This is not perfect, it creates a second outer wall inside of it, but it still prints fine and should be more sturdy now :)

Also I added the option to print both parts in sequence so the outer walls of both parts are as clean as possible.

By request I will update the modifier to be more clean. Happy printing!
