Sermoon D1 parts cooler (Crabby Cooler)

This uses the original screws, no new hardware needed, photos should be in order (graveyard of test fits and designs that got aborted). I'M NOT USING THE ORIGINAL THROAT, MIGHT BE DIFFRENT DEMENTIONS. I'm using the Creality Titanium throat, with a copper shim to fit (very carefully wrapped it with a copper sheet until a snug fit) where the stock one goes. Please let me know if detentions do not fit the original throat

Reuse the metal bracket mount screws (M3x6) to mount the new blower duct, then the same screws to mount the blower fan for the new mount as well.

I recommend using a high temp filament like ABS (helps to be in an enclosed printer, for dimensional accuracy) or high temp PLA and Silicone sock on the heater block. Prints fine at 0.2mm layer height, but I recommend 0.16mm. No internal supports needed. Picture included of suggested supports, I was using Organic Supports in PrusaSlicer 2.6.0 alpha6, 15% Infill and Support From Build Plate Only.

This design does multiple things. Opens up the back to allow the heat break cooler to flow much better and not blow down on the part when you don't need it (i also designed a fan duct to direct the lower front fan away from the extruder and onto the heatbreak). Far better double sided part cooling. Gives you a better line of sight at the nozzle to shine light behind when checking it. Moves the fan away from pressing on the cables against the extruder motor and filament tension arm, I might add a cable retainer or a small loop for a zip tie if people want it.

I was thinking of how to arrange a blower duct though the belt to have double side blowers vs front and back, blocking the view and i found shadowf@x's @shadowfx_540417 parts cooler (www.printables.com/model/414033). I copied the blower tip shape (genius!) and went ahead with my crude copy to allow the stock blower, that quickly morphed. My plan was to make a single model then break it up to assemble, but i found i could fit it without a problem, so it stayed a single piece in my design.
