Bike holder for Kryptonite locker

Locker mount

Designed for Kryptonite Keeper 12mm U-Lock (Amazon). It uses has a standard mount and should work for some other U-shaped lockers as well. Use Thinkercad source to modify the model for your locker.

Bike mount

Uses standard mount (2x M5 separated by 65mm distance). 

There are two .stl files included. First one has a flat bottom and is suitable for any bike frame with this mount.

Second one is more specific. It has a curved bottom (curvature varies from 72mm in the lower part to 100mm in the upper part) designed to adjoin to the frame of the bike (bike model: FX 2 Disc, frame model: 135x5mm QR)

Print instructions

I used 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer thickness of PLA with 30% infill and 4 perimeters. The design is massive to properly hide AriTag, which allows to use any marital. It is recommended to print it in a vertical position with a few supports in the bottom and in the AirTag compartment.
