BTT Smart Filament Sensor Mount

Mounts the BTT Smart Filament Sensor to a RatRig Spool Holder for 3030 Extrusions.

• "Rat Rig Spool Holder v2.0 Kit (Extrusion based)" (I was not able to find it in the RatRig Store - perhaps it's not longer available. But this  model should also fit on other 3030 Extrusions)

Printing

I printed my parts in PETG with 0.2 mm layer height.

Assembly

• Take off the back cover of the Filament Sensor and use the “BTT Smart Filament Sensor Cover” instead.
• Insert a M5 nut in the “BTT Smart Filament Sensor Cover”.
• Use a M5 screw to mount the “BTT Smart Filament Sensor Cover” to the “BTT Smart Filament Sensor Mount”. You're able to adjust the tilt of the sensor to your needs.
• Mount everything to a 3030 Extrusion (in my case, the Rat Rig Spool Holder Kit).

Klipper Configuration

Pay attention to the wiring of the BTT Smart Filament Sensor and read the docs! Wrong wiring may cause damage! Don't use my config as it's shown here! You're config will look different! Use only as inspiration to get an idea!
