Description
I designed these models as I found that most other painting handles weren't working for me and I needed new bases for all the miniatures I was printing for my tabletop group.
The handle uses cylinder magnets that are 8mm in diameter and 3mm tall. You could go shorter or taller of you like but that's the size I use. These are the ones I used.
The bases have slots for metal discs that are about 19mm in diameter, or ¾ of an inch. When gluing them in place wait for the glue to fully set up or they will pull out. These are the ones I used.
All the models can be printed without support in the orientation provided.
If you need a particular base size feel free to reach out and I'll add it to the list as soon as I can.
05/26/2023 Update: I edited the names of the bases to show their sizes and I've added new base sizes to the mix, those sizes are 28 mm, 30 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 60 mm, 65 mm, 70 mm, 80 mm, 90 mm, 100 mm, 130 mm, 160 mm, and a new 50 mm base.
06/09/2024 Update: 2 new bases added. 170 mm x 109 mm and 120 mm x 92 mm.
07/26/2024 Update: 1 new base added (60 mm x 35 mm) and files organized into folders.
08/18/2024 Update: 3 new bases added. 105 mm x 70 mm, 90 mm x 52 mm, and 75 mm x 46 mm. And the handle orientation has been fixed and no longer needs rotated before printing.
09/07/2024 Update: Increased clearance for the metal discs for a variety of bases. Specifically bases: 170x109, 120x92, 60x35, 105x70, 90x52, and 75x46.
