Miele PowerDisk compatible lid | Miele PowerDisk kompatibler Deckel

Kudos to Robert Schiele for the brilliant idea to design a lid for the Miele PowerDisk! My first PETG prints in 100 and 100.5% scaling were unfortunately not a success. They were too tight and did not fit. 

Update 04/23/23:
Then I scaled the lid to 101%, printed it in Filaflex and that worked quite ok because of the flexible material. Robert Schiele thankfully pointed out to me that in his OpenSCAD file you can simply increase the tolerance parameter for the outer edge so that the other dimensions remain intact. After increasing the parameter to tol=0.4 the lid fits in PETG as well as in Filaflex :-)

The inscription of the original is not visible in non-transparent materials, so I removed it to reduce printing time and material usage in this remix.

Herzlichen Dank an Robert Schiele für die brilliante Idee einen Deckel für die Miele PowerDisk zu konstruieren! Meine ersten PETG-Drucke in 100 und 100,5% Skalierung waren leider kein Erfolg. Sie waren zu eng und passten nicht. 

Update 23.04.23:
Danach habe ich den Deckel auf 101% skaliert, in Filaflex gedruckt und das funktionierte aufgrund des flexiblen Materials ganz ok. Robert Schiele wies mich dankenswerterweise darauf hin, dass man in seiner OpenSCAD-Datei einfach den Toleranz-Parameter für die Außenkante hochsetzen kann, so dass die anderen Maße intakt bleiben. Nach Erhöhung des Parameters auf tol=0.4 passt der Deckel bei mir sowohl in PETG als auch in Filaflex :-)

Die Aufschrift des Originals ist bei nicht-transparenten Materialien nicht sichtbar, so dass ich sie zur Reduktion der Druckzeit und des Materialeinsatzes in diesem Remix entfernt habe.
