CAMLOCK ADAPTER FOR 40MM ID FITTINGS

This fitting suits a 40mm inside diameter, which will fit generic compound mitre saws and inside many standard vacuum cuffs. It fits perfectly on my Makita saw, to allow easy CAMLOCK connect and disconnect.   It may be a slightly loose fit depending on the actual machine.  In this case I used a few wraps of PFTE plumbers tape to ensure a perfect fit, and held it with the factory securing screw,  but a smear of bathroom silicone will make a permanent connection.

I have printed in PLA 0.2mm QUALITY settings.  The print may seem a little tight when first inserted into the Camlock fitting, that is by design and it will ease after its been worked around a bit.
