Simple door hanger (the opposite way)

My wife wanted to hanger for grocery store paper bags which we often use to sort out various types of waste like paper or plastic. She wanted to put these bags in a closet, but in our case, the closet door open outwards, not inwards and thus you can't really use the regular door hangers that clip around the outer door edge, we needed a bit different design whilst keeping in mind we didn't want to use screws, glue or a double-sided tape. I did include the option to put a screw from the top down, just in case. Also keep in mind that you need to check the gap between your door and the door frame, in our case we have around 3mm of gap, so this thingy fits in nicely.
