Fully 3D Printable Bed Clips for Magnetic Sheet

This is a remix of these models: #1 and #2

This mod I made doesn't require metal nuts and bolts but it's fully 3D printable.

What I modified:

• Bracket Small x2 Mod (see image):
  • From Bracket Small x2.stl and m5-nut-105.stl
    • Removed the slot designed for the nut
    • Thread added (same mods as Bolt)
    • Height reduced

• knob_low profile Mod (see image):
  • From knob_low profile.stl
    • Widened the hole and the bolt head slot

• tensioner top Mod (see image):
  • From tensioner top.stl
    • Rounded the nut slot (no longer useful)
    • Scaled 1.05x

• Bolt (see image):
  • From m5-screw-95.stl
    • Scaled thread length by 1.8x
    • Scaled the internal thread by 0.8x
    • Bisected
    • (All these mods allow the bolt to be printed horizontally making it and the thread stronger)

How to print

Print them as is, without supports

Print Settings

• Printer: Longer LK4 Pro
• Supports: No
• Infill: 20%
• Filament: eSun PLA Matte grey
