And because every printer (and every person:)) is different, you will find .stl files with different tolerances between the cutlery and the card - from 0.01 to 0.15 mm. Also, you will find a version without any tolerances. The perfect tolerance will make this kit reusable - the cutlery should be able to fit and stay into place again after each use.


Notes:

• After importing the model in the slicer tool do not forget to split it into multiple objects! 
• You can print cutlery and the card in-place or cutlery separately from the card
• Set layer height to 0.20 mm (model 1 mm thick = 5 layers)
• Print with 100% infill
• Prints perfectly with 0.40 mm nozzle
